Job summary

MEXC, a global cryptocurrency exchange, is seeking a Traffic Operations Specialist in Singapore to manage exchange app traffic resources, collaborate with algo and product teams, and optimize user journeys from exposure to deposit.

You'll build data-driven indicators, run A/B tests, and help scale traffic initiatives across multiple business lines, contributing to robust, high-growth platform performance in a fast-paced crypto landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above with 2+ years in traffic/user operation is required.
• Strong cross-team communication to align algorithm, product and R&D.
• Solid data analysis skills with ability to analyze traffic rules and point out optimizations.
• Self-motivated, meticulous and able to work under fast-paced high-growth conditions.
• Familiarity with crypto/fintech user behavior is preferred; knowledge of in-app traffic forms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management and distribution of App traffic resources and interest-based placements.
• Collaborate with algorithm teams on personalized traffic targeting and optimize conversions via AB testing.
• Establish core data indicators for traffic ops and regularly output performance reviews.
• Work with PMO and R&D to promote automation of traffic tools and SOPs.
• Coordinate traffic demands across business lines and train teams to improve utilization.
