Job summary

Hudson River Trading (HRT) is seeking a Crypto Business Operations Manager to join our Digital Assets team in Singapore. You will support the day-to-day operations of our digital assets business and help scale critical business functions across platform management, data integrity, project management, treasury processes, and operational execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in business operations, financial operations, markets, or a related field.
• Strong technical skills (Unix, Python, SQL) are a plus.
• Solid understanding of trading and exchanges is required.
• Knowledge of trading systems, risk, hedging, forks, proof-of-work vs. proof-of-stake, and other digital assets features.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• A strong work ethic and ability to drive projects through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage business operations of HRT’s digital assets trading business.
• Develop and maintain relationships with exchanges, platforms, and external counterparties.
• Partner with accounting, operations, and platform teams to resolve operational challenges.
• Research and evaluate new markets for potential trading opportunities and work with traders and developers to implement new markets.
• Track and manage marketplace changes, including technical, product, pricing, and legal developments.
• Work with developers and infrastructure on continued performance optimization.
• Immerse in the marketplace to understand idiosyncrasies affecting HRT.
