Job summary

FAST CAREER RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Traffic Controller in Pasir Panjang to manage and update transportation jobs, plan and dispatch routes, and optimise fleet utilisation.

You will coordinate with drivers, customers, operations, sales and logistics partners, monitor fleet performance and driver productivity to ensure timely deliveries. The role is full-time, onsite, with standard hours (Mon–Fri, 8.30am–5.30pm), requiring independence, strong communication and problem-solving skills in

Qualifications

• Preferably 3 years of experience in logistics/transportation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update transportation jobs, driver assignments and trip records.
• Plan, schedule and dispatch transport jobs while optimising routes and fleet utilisation.

• Handle PSA Portnet documentation and container tracking.
• Ensure drivers are updated on customer requirements and support loading/delivery operations.
