Job summary

Union Air Freight (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a Fleet/Operations Coordinator in Singapore. The role focuses on efficient deployment of drivers and transport activities, attendance tracking, and verification of trip claims.

You will monitor vehicle maintenance and promptly report incidents while coordinating with outsourced vendors as needed. The candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant experience, be familiar with Singapore roads, and demonstrate strong leadership and Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Min 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Familiar with Singapore roads.
• Able to lead team of drivers, cargohand.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Forklift driving permit preferably.
• Must possess good Leadership & People Skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate drivers and transport activities for efficient deployment.
• Maintain drivers' daily attendance and deployment.
• Verify trip claims (Cash Card).
• Monitor maintenance of equipment/vehicles.
• Timely reporting of vehicle, cargo damage, incidents (If any).
• Engage outsourced vendors if fleet cannot cope with shipments.
• Pursue training opportunities related to warehousing, inventory & trucking matters.
• Timely submission of documents.
• Update all job orders.
• Ensure team adheres to safety & legal requirements.

• Ensure team adhere strictly to all safety & legal requirements.

Working Days (Per Week)
