Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or information security.
• Fresh graduates welcome; internship experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of software development, systems integration, networking, databases, or cloud tech.
• Exposure to Python, Java, PowerShell, or Shell scripting is advantageous.
• Interest in fintech, electronic trading, and capital markets.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, MS Office is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist with technical onboarding, testing, and project coordination for clients.
• Monitor connectivity infrastructure and trading systems for reliability.
• Analyze data to generate reports and support decisions and compliance.
• Provide first-line technical and operational support to clients.
• Collaborate with vendors and teams to support implementation and service delivery.
• Participate in operations and continuous improvement to enhance reliability.
• Support access management activities and security policies.
• Prepare technical docs and user guides.
• Participate in testing activities including UAT and production readiness.
