CLPS Global Singapore invites fresh graduates to join a 1-year FinTech Management Trainee program spanning sales and pre‑sales, with mentorship and cross‑regional exposure. You rotate through lead generation, client engagement, solution demonstrations and end‑to‑end project delivery for financial institutions, growing into overseas business roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, CS, Business Admin, Information Management or related fields.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years experience are welcome.
• Willing to work long-term in Singapore; company will support work-pass application.
• Fluent English for business communication; proficient in Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Rotate in sales: support lead generation, client engagement, relationship management, and end-to-end project follow-up.
• Rotate in pre-sales: analyze client requirements, assist in solution drafting, and coordinate with product/tech teams.
• Gather market intelligence on Southeast Asia, prepare documentation, and participate in project reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business delivery in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
