ABAXX SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Exchange and Clearing Operations Senior Analyst to lead end-to-end trading, clearing, and settlement activities in a dynamic environment.

You will mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence. Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 3–6+ years of experience in exchange, clearing, trading, settlement operations, or financial markets operations.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven approach.
• Proactive to regulatory compliance within financial markets.
• Effective communication and collaboration in a team-based setting.
• Ability to thrive in a shift-based environment with around-the-clock coverage.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end exchange, clearing, and settlement operations, ensuring integrity and stability.
• Lead and mentor junior analysts; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supervise and validate trade, clearing and settlement processes; resolve escalations.
