Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Front Office Trading Application Support experience in financial services.
• Strong SQL and Python for log analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as ITRS Geneos, Splunk, Elastic, or Dynatrace.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline production support for trading applications across asset classes.
• Investigate and resolve application, trade flow, and production issues with traders.
• Monitor platforms, health, batch processes to ensure stability and availability.
• Manage incidents and problem management.
• Perform start of day, end of day and start of week checks.
• Analyze logs using Python and SQL for troubleshooting.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks.
