Luxoft Information Technology (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a senior Business Analyst for the Bank's pre-trade RFQ workflows in Singapore.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a Business Analyst in market finance, with Front Office Fixed Income Rates focus.
• Expertise in Interest Rate Derivatives and pre-trade RFQ workflows.
• Strong knowledge of pricing models, DV01, yield curves, and risk metrics.
• Experience with front-to-back trading lifecycle and data quality.
• Familiarity with data mapping and transformation across systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead business requirement analysis and workshops with stakeholders.
• Draft functional specs with clear acceptance criteria and traceability.
• Map data flows and specify data mappings between systems.
• Coordinate with technical teams for seamless integration and testing.
• Define testing strategy and participate in UAT and integration tests.
• Provide L3 functional support and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Maintain documentation and enable knowledge sharing within the PRICE app team.
