Senior Platform Product Manager — End-to-End FinTech

Job summary

Helicap is a Singapore-based fintech transforming private debt access in Southeast Asia. We are seeking a senior product lead to own investor, analytics, and admin surfaces, shaping strategy, design, and delivery.

You will work directly with a Tech Lead and leadership team to set a unified design language and drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Compliance, and Sales. Based in Singapore, eligible to work here, you will ship a cohesive platform end-to-end.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, with end-to-end ownership of a product or platform.
• Hands-on design ability, comfortable in Figma and AI design tooling.
• Strong instincts for flows and information architecture.
• Genuine comfort with data; able to discuss data with engineers.
• Excellent written communication across distributed teams.
• Based in Singapore, or eligible to work there.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end investor journey: onboarding, subscription, portfolio visibility, reporting, and redemption.
• Simplify journeys for quick, confident decision making with timely, surfaced information.
• Lead the Analytics Platform product direction and data model discussions with Engineering/Data.
• Own the internal Admin Portal across Investments, Operations, Sales, Compliance, and Partners.
• Establish Helicap's design system and a single visual language across three surfaces; hands-on design work in each cycle.
