Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on software development and support.
• Java development for enterprise applications.
• Linux/Unix administration and troubleshooting.
• Shell scripting (Bash, Korn Shell, Python, or equivalent).
• High-throughput, distributed, scalable systems.
• Performance tuning and optimization.
• Production issue troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Relational databases and SQL familiarity.
• DevOps & Platform Engineering
• CI/CD pipeline implementation and maintenance
• Automated deployment and monitoring solutions
• Release and environment management experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver application projects, enhancements, and change requests.
• Develop and maintain Java-based applications, services, and integrations.
• Develop automation scripts and operational tooling to improve efficiency and resiliency.
• Support application onboarding, configuration, testing, and production implementation.
• Troubleshoot application, connectivity, and production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with business users, application teams, infrastructure teams, vendors, and external counterparties.
• Support platform modernization, automation, monitoring, operational improvements, and resiliency initiatives.
• Participate in production support, release deployment, and operational readiness activities.
• Maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and operational procedures.
