Job summary

Public Service Division in Singapore seeks a senior professional to own and manage the trade management portfolio, review architecture and migrate systems to Government Data Centre. You will drive technology analysis, solution design, and governance while coordinating with vendors and partners.

The role emphasizes strong architecture, project delivery, and risk/compliance management within a government tech environment. It is a 2-year contract and requires extensive end-to-end project leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with at least 15 years’ relevant experience in supporting and/or implementing trade management systems
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in application support and operations, or project management in a tech end user environment
• Proven track record in project and product vendor management and delivery
• Strong proficiency in software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices
• Experience in solution architecture focusing on application infrastructure platforms and cloud architecture
• Understanding of solution engineering principles to design application architecture and evaluate hardware/software solutions
• Expertise in business analysis to elicit requirements and translate into technical requirements
• Ability to present architectural proofs of concept for software products, middleware, and application frameworks
• Experience in deployment, operations, incident management and monitoring of applications
