Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in an operations or back-office role.
• Meticulous with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Process trade-related payments and receipts across financial products accurately and within timelines.
• Perform reconciliation of client accounts to ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support system implementation projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain proper documentation when required.
• Assist with ad-hoc operational duties assigned by the team.
