Job summary

RMA CONTRACTS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations professional to own trade lifecycle activities within Asset Management Operations, supporting trade confirmation and settlement across markets and products.

You will work closely with trading desks, portfolio managers and internal operations teams, driving process enhancements, managing risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. This is a 3-month contract located at Anson Road, Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in Operations or Middle Office within the Financial Services industry.
• Operational experience with equities, fixed income, futures, IRS.
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, confirmation and settlement.
• Experience with Trading Desks, Portfolio Managers, Brokers or Custodians is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong risk awareness and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of trade lifecycle activities from an Asset Management Operations perspective.
• Support trade confirmation and settlement across markets and products.
• Provide day-to-day support to trading desks and respond to ad-hoc queries.
• Monitor trade flows to identify operational risks, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Implement process enhancements and operational improvements.
• Build relationships with Traders, Portfolio Managers, and internal Ops teams; external Brokers, Custodians and Vendors.
• Support implementation of new clients, products, strategies and system architecture.
• Ensure activities focus on risk management, accuracy and regulatory requirements.
