Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Trade Support Director to join Branch Ops Asia in Singapore. You will oversee trade capture, lifecycle events, reconciliations and resolution of trade exceptions, coordinating with sales, trading desks and regional teams.

The role requires a university degree and at least four years in operations, with experience in commodities or fixed income OTC trades preferred. You will work closely with technology, legal/compliance and regulators to deliver accurate processing

Qualifications

University degree in a related field.
Experience in an operations role within a global investment bank.
Trade support experience, especially in Commodities or Fixed Income OTC, is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Timely and accurate trade capture and checkout.
Resolve trade discrepancies with counterparties by liaising with trading, sales and relevant teams.
Monitor and process trade lifecycle events.
Control, reconcile, and resolve trade processing exceptions.
Collaborate with technology for platform implementations and system enhancements.
Work with legal/compliance, IT and project teams on regulatory requirements.
Perform and enhance daily control processes for regulatory reporting to local regulators.
Provide backup support for other teams in Singapore Asia Branch Operations.
