Job summary

ZI KANG TRADING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Trade Support Associate to handle full spectrum of documentary trading transactions and deliver timely, quality service to support the trading business.

You will manage import/export documentation, LC documents, liaise with China/internal counterparties to resolve discrepancies, support senior traders in physical and futures trades, maintain accurate records, report to management, and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assist to handle full spectrum of documentary trading transaction and deliver timely and quality service to support trading business.
• Able to perform import & export documentations, includes LC documentation with terms and conditions
• Able to liaise with China/Internal counterparties for any discrepancy listed in document checking
• Provide support to senior on physical trade and futures transactions
• Maintain accurate trade transactions records
• Reporting to upper management level/ head of department as and when needed
• Perform ad-hoc trade support duties as assigned.
