Job summary

OCBC is seeking a QA Tester for Trade Finance Operations projects in Singapore. The role focuses on design, scripting, and execution of test cases across multiple platforms and tools.

You will work with project managers, IT stakeholders, and vendors to ensure quality delivery in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in testing, knowledge of Trade Finance processes (LC, guarantees, collections), and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in testing or quality assurance
• Knowledge of Trade Finance, SWIFT, or trade finance processing is a plus
• Strong communication and attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PM, IT stakeholders to understand project and testing objectives
• Design and develop comprehensive UAT/regression test conditions and scripts
• Manually execute UAT/regression tests and analyze results within project timelines
• Use JIRA for test tracking and perform positive and negative testing across Trade Finance systems
• Troubleshoot issues with teams to identify root causes
• Document, track, and elevate defects; provide status reports to stakeholders
• Prepare training materials and decks for end users
• Review FSD or functional specs to ensure quality and usability for operations users
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks as assigned by Supervisor
