Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Trade Finance Operations experience.
• Good end-to-end knowledge of Trade products, includes BG/Supply Chain Finance / Open Account products / ARP.
• Sound understanding of trade operational processes.
• Knowledge of UCP600, ISBP, URC522, ISP98, Incoterms and related rules.

Responsibilities

• Supporting efficient execution of offshored processes, adhering to service level agreements and quality standards.
• Collaborate with offshore teams and internal stakeholders.
• Support in operational incidents tracking to enable prompt resolution.
• Identify risks associated with offshored processes and escalate.
• Participate in periodic service/process agreement reviews.
