Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Trade Finance Officer to process end-to-end Trade Finance transactions for Singapore and Hong Kong, including LCs, guarantees, amendments, payments, negotiations and reimbursements.

You will verify compliance with internal procedures and banking regulations, perform KYC and AML screening, enter transactions into systems, prepare customer advices and handle SWIFT messages.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end Trade Finance transactions for Singapore and Hong Kong, including Import/Export Letters of Credit (LCs), guarantees, amendments, payments, negotiations, and reimbursements
• Verify transactions for compliance with internal procedures, banking regulations, and trade finance guidelines
• Perform KYC validation and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks on trade finance transactions
• Enter trade finance transactions into banking systems, prepare customer advices, process SWIFT messages, and handle related administrative tasks such as document management and filing
• Support digitalisation initiatives, projects, and Business Continuity Plan (BCP) activities
• Assist with any other ad hoc duties as assigned
