Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in banking, accounting, or finance.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in trade finance or treasury activities.
• Strong understanding of trade finance and treasury operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and ensure compliance of trade finance documents to support accurate and timely transactions.
• Manage bank account opening, documentation, and ongoing maintenance to facilitate banking operations.
• Build and sustain professional relationships with banks and counterparties to optimize trade finance services.
• Negotiate and finalize Letter of Credit terms with buyers and sellers to secure favorable trade conditions.
• Oversee shipment schedules and maintain comprehensive trade finance records to ensure transaction accuracy.
• Manage inward and outward remittance transactions, loan settlements, and treasury product settlements to maintain financial integrity.
• Forecast cash flow positions, including cash pooling management and borrowing needs, to support business liquidity.
• Reconcile bank lines to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Monitor invoices, discounting, LOI redemption, and other documents to comply with export LC terms and conditions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and organizational objectives
