Job summary

MSC Singapore Regional Office is seeking a Trade Executive (Intra Asia) to support trade development, capacity management and commercial execution within the Trade Management Team.

Based in Singapore, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and senior management to drive performance across the Intra Asia network, delivering accurate reports and forecasts using MS Office and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in Maritime, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power BI).
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise critical tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Support the Trade Manager on Intra Asia trade development.
• Prepare contract fulfillment and competitors' analysis reports.
• Compile booking evolution and analysis reports.
• Consolidate forecasts and support space management.
• Support the preparation of customer reports and performance reviews.
• Maintain tariff and One Vision updates.
• Support routing set‑up and transit time management.
• Assist with capacity management and space utilization monitoring.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support trade service performance.

About the Role:

Based at MSC’s Singapore Regional Office, the Trade Executive (Intra Asia) will be part of the Trade Management Team, supporting the development and performance of MSC’s Intra Asia trade. This role works closely with internal stakeholders and senior management, focusing on trade performance, capacity management, and commercial execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Trade Management

• Support the Trade Manager on Intra Asia trade development
• Prepare contract fulfillment and competitors' analysis reports
• Compile booking evolution and analysis reports

Customer Care

• Consolidate forecasts and support space management
• Support the preparation of customer reports and performance reviews

Product Management

• Maintain tariff and One Vision updates
• Support routing set‑up and transit time management
• Assist with capacity management and space utilization monitoring

Requirements:
