Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking Permit Declarant Officers for a 3-month contract to support customs, trade documentation and import/export activities.

This office-based role is located at Paya Lebar, with a Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm schedule and an immediate start. The position offers a monthly salary of up to SGD 3,000, with an initial contract running through December. Candidates should have a NITEC in Supply Chain or Business Administration and some relevant

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC in Supply Chain or Business Administration.
• 2 years experience in import/export or logistics preferred.
• Customs Competency Test for Declarants is advantageous.
• Computer literate with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customs functions and permit declarations, including permit applications.
• Review supplier pricing, invoices and trade documents for accuracy.
• Apply for and process Letters of Credit as required.
• Support import/export and logistics documentation according to requirements.
• Verify information and ensure timely submission of declarations.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
