Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Data Analyst to turn third-party platform data into clear insights, dashboards, and action plans within its product traceability programme. You will collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to drive data-driven decisions.

The role focuses on building Power BI and Tableau dashboards, designing ETL processes, and delivering regular reports to stakeholders across a global sustainability initiative.

Qualifications

• Degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Engineering or a related discipline and above
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and Tableau
• Strong Excel skills and working knowledge of SQL or ETL tools
• Experience in supply chain, sustainability or compliance data is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Clear communicator able to explain data to non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable working with suppliers and multiple stakeholders
• Detail-oriented and organised

Responsabilités

• Extract and transform data from third-party platforms into clear insights and action plans
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI, Excel and Tableau
• Design and manage ETL processes to improve data accuracy and reporting reliability
• Support the deployment lead to onboard and support suppliers on traceability compliance programmes
• Track programme KPIs and supplier progress against targets
• Identify data gaps, anomalies and root causes, and recommend fixes
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Align data definitions and processes across teams
• Document processes and maintain data quality standards
• Support ad hoc analysis for decision-making
