Job summary

AccountStaff is seeking a Senior TPRB Operations Lead to manage the day-to-day operations of the third-party risk management team in Singapore.

You will oversee due diligence, risk assessments, ongoing monitoring and periodic reviews, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and adherence to service standards.

The role demands strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management abilities, with leadership experience and a drive to improve processes and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in third-party/vendor risk management and outsourcing risk.
• Knowledge of MAS or regulatory requirements in financial services.
• Experience leading a team and delivering service operations.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and service delivery of the TPRB team.
• Manage third-party risk assessments, due diligence, monitoring and reviews.
• Ensure timely and accurate assessments meeting standards.
• Monitor KPIs, workloads, quality, backlogs and escalations.
• Collaborate with clients, Risk, Compliance and other stakeholders.
• Lead and coach the operations team and drive process improvements.
• Prepare management reporting on performance and risks.
