Job summary

AccountStaff is seeking a Senior TPRB Operations Lead to manage the day-to-day operations of the third-party risk management team in Singapore.

You will oversee due diligence, risk assessments, ongoing monitoring and periodic reviews, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and adherence to service standards.

The role demands strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management abilities, with leadership experience and a drive to improve processes and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor KPIs, workloads, quality, backlogs and escalations.
• Collaborate with clients, Risk, Compliance and other stakeholders.
• Lead and coach the operations team and drive process improvements.
• Prepare management reporting on performance and risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations and service delivery of the TPRB team;
• Oversee third-party risk assessments, due diligence, ongoing monitoring and periodic reviews;
• Ensure assessments are completed accurately and within agreed timelines and service standards;
• Monitor operational KPIs, workload, quality, backlogs and escalations;
• Ensure TPRB processes and controls are aligned with applicable regulatory and industry requirements;
• Keep abreast of developments relating to third-party risk, outsourcing, technology risk and operational resilience;
• Manage operational issues, risk exceptions and remediation follow-ups;
• Work closely with clients, Risk, Compliance and other stakeholders on third-party risk matters;
• Lead, coach and develop the operations team;
• Drive process improvements, standardisation and automation to improve efficiency and service quality;
• Prepare management reporting on operational performance, risks and key issues.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Information Systems or a related discipline;
• Relevant experience in third-party/vendor risk management, operational risk, outsourcing risk, technology risk or risk operations, preferably within financial services;
• Good understanding of the third-party risk lifecycle, including due diligence, risk assessment, monitoring and remediation;
• Familiarity with relevant financial services regulatory requirements and industry standards, including MAS requirements where applicable;
• Prior experience managing a team and operational service delivery;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills;
• Experience with TPRM/GRC systems or risk management platforms would be advantageous.
