Job summary

Adecco (Portugal) is seeking an Analyst to lead end-to-end Third-Party Risk Management and Outsourcing Risk Review in a 12-month contract based at Changi Business Park, Singapore. The role bridges business stakeholders, control functions, and senior leadership to ensure regulatory-aligned risk profiles and robust ORR documentation.

Responsibilities include conducting risk profiling, preparing audit-ready materials, and coordinating with Legal, Compliance, InfoSec, and Data Privacy teams.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in TPRM, BA, or operational risk.
• Proficient in advanced BA documentation and executive reporting.
• Strong ability to challenge gaps and translate data for governance.
• Experience coordinating with Legal, Compliance and InfoSec is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Third-Party & Outsourcing Risk Management.
• Prepare audit-ready ORR documents addressing concentration risk, exit strategy, sub-outsourcing, and data residency.
• Coordinate structured review sessions with Legal, Compliance, InfoSec and Data Privacy.
• Translate SME input into governance-ready risk notes and leadership decks.
• Provide PMO support with milestone tracking and issue escalation.
