Accountstaff is seeking a seasoned Operational Risk Manager in Singapore to develop and maintain the Operational Risk Framework and related policies, covering third-party arrangements, BCM, and ongoing risk monitoring.

You will lead transaction monitoring assessments, investigate alerts, document decisions, and ensure compliance with regulatory and Head Office requirements while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, Law or related field.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in Operational Risk Management and/ or Transaction Monitoring roles.
• Strong familiarity with relevant risk frameworks and compliance processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain the Operational Risk Framework and related policies (Third-Party Arrangement, BCM, Operational Risk Management).
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Head Office directives.
• Plan, execute, and document BCM tests with reporting and follow-up on findings.
• Review third-party arrangements to identify and mitigate risks.
