Job summary

RSM STONE FOREST ACCOUNTSERVE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced TPRB Operations Manager in Singapore to lead the day-to-day operations and service delivery of the risk management team.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, finance, risk management, information systems or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of third-party risk lifecycle incl. due diligence, monitoring and remediation.
• Experience in third-party/vendor risk management, outsourcing risk or risk operations, preferably in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and service delivery of the TPRB team.
• Oversee third-party risk assessments, due diligence, ongoing monitoring and periodic reviews.
• Ensure assessments are completed accurately and within agreed timelines and service standards.
• Monitor operational KPIs, workload, quality, backlogs and escalations.
• Ensure TPRB processes and controls align with regulatory and industry requirements.
• Keep abreast of developments relating to third-party risk, outsourcing, technology risk and operational resilience.
• Manage operational issues, risk exceptions and remediation follow-ups.
• Work closely with clients, Risk, Compliance and other stakeholders on third-party risk matters.
• Lead, coach and develop the operations team.
• Drive process improvements, standardization and automation to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Prepare management reporting on operational performance, risks and key issues.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Information Systems or a related discipline;
• Relevant experience in third-party/vendor risk management, operational risk, outsourcing risk, technology risk or risk operations, preferably within financial services;
• Good understanding of the third-party risk lifecycle, including due diligence, risk assessment, monitoring and remediation;
• Familiarity with relevant financial services regulatory requirements and industry standards, including MAS requirements where applicable;
• Prior experience managing a team and operational service delivery;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills;
• Experience with TPRM/GRC systems or risk management platforms would be advantageous.
