Job summary

Huaxing Construction seeks an experienced tiling foreman to lead on-site execution, ensuring tile installations follow approved drawings and quality standards. You will assign tasks, supervise crew performance, and maintain safety on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum of secondary school or higher.
• At least 5-10 years of tiling experience in construction projects.
• Singapore Driving Licence is preferred.
• Able to work long hours.
• Ability to understand and communicate effectively with site workers.

Responsibilities

• Assign work to workers based on site construction progress.
• Ensure that all installation work is in accordance with the approved construction drawings.
• Closely monitor site progress and update the supervisor from time to time.
• Workers must be advised to follow all safety rules and regulations until they are working on site.
