Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations for marble, granite, stone, and tile laying works.

The role requires directing a team on site, coordinating with main contractors and consultants, and enforcing safety regulations to ensure quality workmanship. The candidate will manage schedules, monitor manpower deployment, and inspect works before handover, while maintaining accurate site records and material delivery documentation.

Qualifications

• Possess Class 3 license.
• Minimum 2 years above site supervision experience in construction, preferably finishing / stone works.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site operations for marble, granite, stone, tiles laying works.
• Manage and direct a team of workers on site to ensure work is carried out safely and to specification.
• Liaise with main contractors and consultants on site progress, quality and defects.
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings and enforce WSH/safety regulations on site.
• Monitor work schedules and manpower deployment to meet project timelines.
• Inspect completed works for quality compliance before handover.
• Maintain site records, progress reports and material delivery documentation.
• Coordinate material deliveries and logistics between warehouse and project sites.

Site Supervisor

Salary: $4000 - $5000
Working Days: 5.5 Days
Working Hours: Mon – Fri (9am – 6pm), Sat 9am – 1pm
Office Location: Tuas (Travel to project side islandwide)
