Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor (finishing / stone works) to oversee marble, granite and stone works on-site at Tuas, with islandwide travel to project sites. The role requires coordinating a team, enforcing safety regulations, and ensuring work meets quality standards.

You will liaise with contractors and consultants, monitor schedules, and maintain comprehensive site records and delivery documentation to ensure timely handovers.

Qualifications

• Possess Class 3 license.
• Minimum 2 years above site supervision experience in construction, preferably finishing / stone works.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site operations for marble, granite, stone, tiles laying works
• Manage and direct a team of workers on site to ensure work is carried out safely and to specification
• Liaise with main contractors and consultants on site progress, quality and defects
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings and enforce WSH/safety regulations on site
• Monitor work schedules and manpower deployment to meet project timelines
• Inspect completed works for quality compliance before handover
• Maintain site records, progress reports and material delivery documentation
• Coordinate material deliveries and logistics between warehouse and project sites

Role: Site Supervisor (finishing / stone works)

• Salary: $4000 - $5000
• Working Days: 5.5 Days
• Working Hours: Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm), Sat 9am - 1pm
• Office Location: Tuas (Travel to project side islandwide)
