Job summary

Prime Manpower Solutions Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled tile installer to join our construction team in Singapore. You will install floor and wall tiles according to project drawings, measure surfaces, prepare them for installation and ensure precise alignment.

The role requires reading basic drawings, cutting and finishing tiles, applying adhesives and grout, and coordinating with supervisors to meet project timelines while maintaining safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in tile installation or construction.
• Able to read basic drawings and measurements.
• Familiar with cutting, laying, grouting and finishing.
• Physically fit for construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Install floor and wall tiles according to project specifications and drawings.
• Measure, mark and prepare surfaces before tile installation.
• Cut and shape tiles using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Apply tile adhesive, cement mortar and grout for proper installation.
• Ensure tiles are properly aligned, levelled and securely installed.
• Carry out tile finishing, grouting, edging and repairs as needed.
• Inspect completed tile works to ensure workmanship and quality.
• Follow workplace safety requirements and maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other workers to meet project schedules.
