Fuku in Singapore is seeking an experienced TikTok Performance Marketing Manager to drive profitable sales through TikTok Shop GMV Max campaigns. You will not focus on followers or brand awareness but on converting ad spend into revenue, identifying winning videos, and scaling campaigns for skincare products.

You will collaborate with in-house video production, influencers and e-commerce teams across Singapore and Malaysia to optimise campaigns, monitor ROI, and push growth during major shopping

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, including substantial direct experience managing TikTok advertising campaigns.
• Experience managing TikTok Shop GMV Max campaigns.
• Must have personally managed advertising campaigns rather than solely overseeing external agencies.
• Experience advertising physical consumer products through TikTok Shop.
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop's advertising ecosystem, campaign optimisation and performance measurement.

Mansioni

• Set up, launch, monitor and optimise TikTok Shop GMV Max campaigns.
• Manage Product GMV Max campaigns and LIVE GMV Max campaigns where applicable.
• Set ROI targets, budgets and product selections; monitor GMV, ROI and cost per order daily.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and implement corrective actions; optimise profitability.
• Work with internal video production, influencer and affiliate teams to develop high-converting TikTok ads.
• Develop structured testing plans and scaling strategies; expand successful tactics across products.
• Maintain daily tracking of advertising expenditure, attributed GMV, ROAS and cost per order.
• Produce weekly performance reports by product, campaign and creative.
