Job summary

Amorepacific Singapore Pte. Ltd. invites an experienced ecommerce leader to head LANEIGE's TikTok Shop in Singapore.

You will own the brand's performance across BAU campaigns, launches, livestreams, and promotional activities, driving video, livestream, affiliate, and paid media efforts to hit GMV and profitability targets. You'll guide junior team members, collaborate with brand managers, manage affiliate networks and Telegram community, and coordinate cross-brand promotions with Shopee

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
At least 3 years of ecommerce management experience.
Experience managing e-marketplaces, especially TikTok.
Beauty industry experience preferred.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities

Lead LANEIGE TikTok Shop as primary brand owner.
Plan and execute BAU, Mega Campaigns, product launches, livestreams, and promotions.
Drive TikTok video, livestream, affiliate, and paid media to hit GMV and profitability targets.
Monitor KPIs and take timely recovery actions.
Scale high-performing content, creators, livestream formats, and sales mechanics.
Collaborate with brand managers and junior team members to share best practices across brands.
