Job summary

Fuku, a skincare brand, seeks a TikTok Performance Marketing Manager to drive profitable sales through TikTok Shop GMV Max campaigns in Singapore and Malaysia. This role emphasizes conversion of ad spend into revenue and scaling winning creatives, rather than followers or branding.

You will collaborate with in-house video, influencer and e-commerce teams to grow our skincare products in SG and MY, ensuring profitable growth across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Direct experience managing TikTok advertising campaigns.
• Experience with TikTok Shop GMV Max campaigns.
• Ability to manage campaigns personally, not just via agencies.
• Experience advertising physical consumer products.

Responsibilities

• Set up, launch, monitor and optimise TikTok Shop GMV Max campaigns.
• Manage GMV Max campaigns for products and LIVE GMV Max campaigns where applicable.
• Set ROI targets, budgets and product selections.
• Analyse video performance and identify high-converting creatives.
• Develop testing plans and scale successful campaigns across SG and MY.
• Produce weekly performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
