Job summary

St Engineering is seeking a Tier 3 Principal Engineer to lead advanced technical support for enterprise networks and data center environments. You will diagnose complex issues, guide Tier 1/2 teams, and coordinate with vendors to ensure service availability.

You will design training materials, mentor engineers, and drive best practices across the team while maintaining high standards of documentation and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on enterprise network support experience, with 3+ years in Tier 3 or senior role.
• Strong experience in LAN/WAN/WLAN, data center and network security technologies.
• Experience supporting mission-critical production environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 3 technical support for customers' enterprise network infrastructure.
• Serve as final escalation point for complex incidents beyond Tier 1/2.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, fault isolation, patching and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with engineers and customers to resolve issues and provide updates.
• Open, manage, and drive TAC cases with principal vendors until resolution.
• Coordinate with vendors during incidents and product defects.
• Work with Customer Success Managers to meet contractual service deliverables.
