Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale enterprise data center and campus networks.
• Proven incident, change and problem management following ITIL practices.
• Hands-on with Cisco, Alcatel, HP, and 3Com switching/routing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 operational support for complex network environments to ensure high availability.
• Resolve escalated incidents within SLAs and coordinate with vendors and support teams.
• Document configurations, runbooks, and performance reporting.
