Job summary

RED ALPHA CYBERSECURITY PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned Network Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise networks with high availability. You will handle core routing, switching, load balancing, and perimeter security while driving efficiency across operations.

Responsibilities include incident triage, RCA, firewall policy execution, patch management, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver network projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on network engineering experience in enterprise environments.
• Data-driven troubleshooting across complex infrastructures.
• Ability to communicate technical status clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and process optimization mindset.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, and deploy LAN/WAN/VLAN changes using playbooks.
• Triage Tier 2 incidents, perform RCA, and escalate to vendors as needed.
• Apply firewall policies, manage patches, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain topology diagrams, SOPs, and asset lifecycle records.
• Coordinate network requirements for cross-functional IT projects.
