Job summary
ST ENGINEERING INFO-SECURITY PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly experienced Tier 3 Principal Engineer to lead advanced technical support and drive enterprise network initiatives.

Qualifications
- 5+ years hands-on enterprise network support experience, 3+ years in Tier 3 or senior role.
- Experience across LAN, WAN, WLAN, data centre and network security.
- Cisco certifications preferred.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Willing to work at customer sites and participate in on-call rotation.
- Experience in SI/Managed Services environment is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 support for customers' enterprise network infrastructure.
- Act as final escalation point for complex incidents beyond Tier 1 and Tier 2 support.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis to restore services.
- Lead training sessions for Tier 1 and Tier 2 engineers and create KBs.
- Develop SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors during critical incidents.
- Work with Customer Success Managers to meet service deliverables.
