Job summary

CAREER CONNEX PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a senior network and security lead to drive deployment, configuration, integration and optimization of complex enterprise solutions. • Root-cause analysis, incident resolution, and escalation for performance and security issues.
• Documentation of high-level and low-level designs, configurations, test procedures, and procedures.
• Knowledge-sharing sessions, internal training, and post-incident reviews to improve operations.
• Quality oversight to ensure security/governance compliance and project deliverables.
• Contribute inputs for project reporting and status updates.
• Support smooth transition from project to operations and maintenance.

• Lead and oversee deployment, configuration, integration, and optimization of complex enterprise network and security solutions.
• Serve as the technical lead for mid to large-scale projects, providing architectural guidance, technical direction, and oversight across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure project scope, timelines, quality standards, and customer requirements are consistently met.
• Implement and provide advanced support for network security infrastructure solutions on platforms such as Cisco, Alcatel, Solarwinds, Cisco ISE, Cisco Firepower, Palo Alto, Checkpoint and Fortinet
• Drive complex root-cause analysis efforts, lead incident resolution, and act as technical escalation for network performance, security events, and critical connectivity issues.
• Prepare, review, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including high-level designs (HLDs), low-level designs (LLDs), configuration baselines, acceptance test procedures, installation guides, and operational procedures.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, internal training, and post-incident reviews to uplift team capability and improve operational efficiency.
• Provide quality oversight for processes and project deliverables and ensure compliance to prevailing security and governance requirements.
• Provide relevant inputs for project reporting and status update.
• Support the smooth transition of the implemented infrastructure from project implementation phase to operation & maintenance phase.
