Job summary

Excelpoint Systems (Pte) Ltd in Singapore seeks a Field Application Engineer to drive design-wins and revenue, while offering technical support through the R&D cycle for customers in Singapore and the ASEAN region.

The role requires a degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years of FAE experience in semiconductor distribution or manufacturing, plus strong knowledge of analog, power management and RF/microwave applications.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of FAE experience in a semiconductor distributor or manufacturer environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of electronics circuitry; Analog, power management, Microcontroller, interfaces.
• RF & Microwave experience in Comms, Radar, Instrumentation, Defence, etc. is a plus.
• Individual contributor yet a team player.
• Good command of English, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to travel on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating business opportunities with potential customers in Singapore and ASEAN region.
• Provides technical support to customers throughout the R&D cycle till completion.
• Drives design win and demand creation revenue for the company.
• Conduct technical product training for internal/external customers.
