Job summary

THE LENTOR RESIDENCE PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Therapy Support specialist to provide physical, emotional and social care to nursing home residents, under supervision. You will assist therapists, supervise activities of daily living, lead small group activities, maintain equipment, ensure safety, assist with feeding, and handle administrative duties.

Candidate should hold Certificate in Therapy Support, be passionate about elderly care, and have good communication and interpersonal

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists to deliver therapy exercises per care plan.
• Supervise residents during activities of daily living.
• Facilitate small group activities and bedside therapy.

• Ensure safety during rehabilitation sessions.
• Assist with feeding residents.
• Perform administrative duties.
• Other duties assigned by supervisor.
