Job summary

The Lentor Residence Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a qualified physiotherapist to assess, plan, treat and evaluate residents with disabilities, coordinating care within an interdisciplinary team and ensuring evidence-based practice across shifts.

You will lead training sessions for therapists and support staff, supervise therapy assistants, drive quality improvement projects and collate performance data to raise the department's profile while delivering compassionate, patient-centred care to

Qualifications

• At least 3 years relevant experience.
• Diploma / Degree in related discipline.
• Must have AHPC registration.
• AHPC supervision training is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enjoy working with elderly residents.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, treat and evaluate residents/clients with a variety of disabilities for optimal care.

• Contribute towards increased profile of the department and profession through inter-department interactions.
• Work as part of collaborative, interdisciplinary teams such as other allied health professions, centre in charge, nurses and operations team.

Requirements:
