Job summary

Vs Supreme is seeking a salon associate to analyze clients’ hair and scalp, recommend products and provide hands-on scalp and hair treatments. You will work closely with consultants to monitor treatment progression and build strong customer relationships.

A friendly, professional approach is essential, with a focus on excellent customer service. Training is provided, and you will join a supportive team in a busy shopping-mall environment.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.
• Experience in a salon or hair care environment is advantageous.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clients’ hair and scalp condition and recommend products & services.

• Collaborate with consultants on treatment progression and build customer relationships.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Analyze clients’ hair and scalp condition and recommend appropriate products & services
• Provide hands on of scalp/hair treatments on customer.
• Work closely with consultant on customer's treatment progression & building good customer relationships
• Maintain high customer service standards & professional etiquette at all times with customers and also team members
• Assist with other duties within the Salon scope of work when required

REQUIREMENTS:

• No experience welcome, Full training provided
• Previous experience in a salon or hair care environment highly advantageous.
