Job summary

Vintage Titanium Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a customer-focused salon assistant to analyze clients’ hair and scalp, and to recommend suitable products and services.

You will perform hands-on scalp and hair treatments, work closely with a consultant to monitor progression, and help build lasting relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.
• Previous salon or hair care experience is advantageous.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clients’ hair and scalp condition and recommend products and services.
• Provide hands-on scalp and hair treatments for customers.
• Collaborate with consultant on treatment progression and build customer relationships.
• Maintain high customer service standards and professional etiquette.
• Assist with other duties within the salon scope as needed.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Analyze clients’ hair and scalp condition and recommend appropriate products & services
• Provide hands on of scalp/hair treatments on customer.
• Work closely with consultant on customer's treatment progression & building good customer relationships
• Maintain high customer service standards & professional etiquette at all times with customers and also team members
• Assist with other duties within the Salon scope of work when required

REQUIREMENTS:

• No experience welcome, Full training provided
• Previous experience in a salon or hair care environment highly advantageous.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
