Job summary

Vintage Platinum in Singapore seeks a friendly, trainee-friendly salon professional to analyze clients' hair and scalp, and perform scalp/hair treatments. You will work closely with consultants to monitor treatment progression and nurture customer relationships.

With full training provided, you will cultivate strong customer service skills, maintain professional etiquette, and contribute to a supportive team in a busy mall-based salon environment.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.
• Previous salon or hair care experience is advantageous.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Positive attitude and team player.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clients' hair and scalp condition and recommend appropriate products & services.
• Provide hands-on scalp/hair treatments to customers.
• Collaborate with consultants on treatment progression and build strong customer relationships.
• Maintain high customer service standards and professional etiquette at all times.
• Assist with other duties within the salon scope of work when required.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Analyze clients' hair and scalp condition and recommend appropriate products & services
• Provide hands on of scalp/hair treatments on customer.
• Work closely with consultant on customer's treatment progression & building good customer relationships
• Maintain high customer service standards & professional etiquette at all times with customers and also team members
• Assist with other duties within the Salon scope of work when required

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a salon or hair care environment highly advantageous.
