Job summary

Vintage Sapphire is seeking a friendly salon assistant in Singapore to analyze clients' hair and scalp, recommend products and services, and provide hands-on scalp and hair treatments. You will work closely with consultants to monitor treatment progression and build strong customer relationships while upholding professional etiquette and service standards.

No experience is required; full training is provided, with advantageous prior salon experience.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.
• Previous experience in a salon or hair care environment is advantageous.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

• Locations in shopping malls.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clients' hair and scalp condition and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Provide hands-on scalp/hair treatments to customers.
• Work closely with consultants on treatment progression and building customer relationships.
• Maintain high customer service standards and professional etiquette at all times with customers and team members.
• Assist with other duties within the salon scope when required.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Analyze clients' hair and scalp condition and recommend appropriate products & services
• Provide hands on of scalp/hair treatments on customer.
• Work closely with consultant on customer's treatment progression & building good customer relationships
• Maintain high customer service standards & professional etiquette at all times with customers and also team members
• Assist with other duties within the Salon scope of work when required

REQUIREMENTS:

• No experience welcome, Full training provided
• Previous experience in a salon or hair care environment highly advantageous.
