Job summary

The Public Service Division is seeking an Assistant Manager/Manager (Performing Arts – Theatre) to steer development of Singapore’s Theatre sector under Our SG Arts Plan. You will help implement audience development strategies, manage grant programmes and coordinate stakeholder engagement to strengthen the local arts ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with the theatre sector is advantageous.
• Understanding of funding schemes, grants, and processes.
• Experience in supporting projects from conception to implementation.
• Ability to interpret data to inform decisions and sector strategies.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of Theatre sector development initiatives under Our SG Arts Plan.
• Administer grant programmes across various funding schemes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Support team operations and contribute to overall team effectiveness.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders during project implementation.
• Engage with the arts community to stay informed and connected.
