Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore seeks a technically skilled engineer to set up testing environments for network switches, servers, and related IT hardware. You will perform testing, diagnostics and repair, and support a wide range of equipment across office IT infrastructure.

You will document results, report failures, and guide junior technicians while collaborating with production, quality and support teams to ensure high standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma/HD or Degree in IT, Electronics, Computer/ Electrical/ Network Engineering, Mechatronics or related field.
• Engineer-level candidate with relevant experience in network equipment testing, electronic testing and repair, hardware diagnostics, network equipment support, or repair centre operations.
• Strong hands-on interest in electronics, IT network equipment, switches, servers and related hardware systems.
• Good understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, network connectivity, and diagnostic procedures.
• Experience with system imaging, firmware updates, device configuration, software installation, and functional testing is a plus.
• Able to guide junior technicians and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Engineer – level candidate with relevant experience in network equipment testing, electronic testing and repair, hardware diagnostic troubleshooting, network equipment support, or repair centre operations.

• Strong hands -on interest in electronics, IT network equipment, switches, servers, and related hardware systems.

• Good understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, network connectivity, electronic components, and diagnostic procedures.

• Experience with system imaging, firmware updates, device configuration, software installation, and functional testing will be an advantage

• Able to guide junior technicians and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge and Application of AI tools and agents will be an added advantage, but secondary
