Job summary

MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking an Assistant Engineer to support product test/yield development, characterization, and qualification activities. You will generate test instructions for the lab, perform evaluations, and provide debug through root cause analysis to resolve equipment and product issues.

Liaising with manufacturing sites and planners is required to ensure flawless execution.

Qualifications

• Diploma or NITEC with relevant engineering background.
• Familiarity with semiconductor testing and electronics.
• Experience in data analytics and report generation is preferred.

THE ROLE:

Toassist Engineer on supporting engineering activities for product test/yield development, product characterization, qualification execution. Provide First Level of debug on rejects and support operational logistic.

• Liaise withmanufacturing sites and planners to ensure flawless execution of Engineering Activities
• Responsible for generating test instruction to engineering lab for execution.
• Execute evaluation for test program or product qualification activities.
• Provide basic and higher technical level of debug via root cause analysis in resolving equipment/product related issues.
• Document test results and generate results and debug report timely.

PREFERREDEXPERIENCE:

• Basic knowledge on Electronics and Semiconductors.
• Understanding of semiconductor testing
• General understanding of manufacturing/operations
• Computer knowledge (Proficiency in Microsoft Office) and skills in report generation.
• Knowledge of Data analytics (SQL, Python, Power BI, Shell etc)
• Knowledgein AIML/ Automation (Python, NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn and etc)
• Flexible working in office hours, staggered or night shifts as required by Business Needs

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronics/ Mechanical / Mechatronic/Computer Engineering
• NITEC in Electrical / Electronics/ Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering with minimum3 years of relevant experience
